Job summary

Miratech seeks an experienced Software Architect to define the architectural vision for new products and platforms, evaluating technologies and guiding engineering teams toward scalable, production-ready solutions. The role emphasizes AI/ML and modern architecture practices in a remote work setting.

You will lead technology strategy, establish standards, and mentor engineers while collaborating with customers and stakeholders to drive long-term product evolution and modernization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Software Architect or similar role.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and TCO.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for new products, platforms, and technology initiatives.
• Research emerging technologies, conduct technical evaluations, and drive Proof of Concept initiatives.
• Design scalable cloud-native, distributed, and hybrid architectures.
• Establish architectural standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines.
• Lead the technical design of complex enterprise and high-load systems.
• Define technology stacks and architectural principles for new solutions.
• Contribute to innovative solutions leveraging AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and intelligent automation.
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Support engineering teams in solving complex technical challenges and making key architectural decisions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical solution assessments.
• Contribute to technical strategy, product roadmaps, and long-term product evolution.
• Support technology transformation and product modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders on architecture and technology strategy topics.
• Mentor technical leads and senior engineers.
• Help shape engineering culture, development processes, and DevOps practices.
