Job summary

Miratech, a global IT services and consulting company, seeks an experienced Software Architect to define the technical vision for new products and technology initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and design scalable cloud-native solutions. This is a remote role.

You will lead architectural initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders on strategy, modernization, and engineering culture. Strong hands-on experience and strategic mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in software architecture and product evolution.
• 4+ years in a Software Architect/Enterprise Architect role or similar.
• Strong understanding of modern patterns, distributed systems, and design principles.
• Ability to evaluate technologies against business goals and TCO.
• Proven leadership of distributed engineering teams and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architectural vision for products, platforms, and initiatives.
• Research technologies, conduct evaluations, and drive PoCs.
• Design cloud-native, distributed, hybrid architectures.
• Establish standards, best practices, and guidelines.
• Lead technical design for complex, high-load systems.
• Define stacks and architectural principles for new solutions.
• Mentor senior engineers and shape DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on architecture strategy and roadmaps.
