Job summary

indaHash, a leading creator marketing platform, is seeking a Social Media & Creator Marketing Manager to own brands' social media presence and creator collaborations from content planning to publishing and reporting. The role requires fluent Polish copywriting, good English, and hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

You will coordinate creators, manage projects and deliver campaigns for international brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and influencer or UGC marketing.
• Fluent Polish and excellent Polish copywriting skills - a must for this role.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage influencers and UGC creators, including outreach, negotiations, agreements and content delivery.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with client priorities, promotions and product launches.
• Coordinate content, feedback and approvals, including briefing additional graphic assets.
• Adapt creator content for brand channels and write engaging copy in Polish.
• Schedule and publish posts and stories, moderate comments and respond in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate paid amplification with our media specialist.
• Monitor performance, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and keep deliverables on schedule.
