Job summary

Precision for Medicine seeks a Start Up Lead to drive site start-up activities across Europe, coordinating IRB/EC submissions, ICF customization and country-specific tool development. The role serves as SME to in-country teams and mentors staff in start-up processes.

The position supports cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Contracts teams, focusing on timely activation and quality IMP release packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN or equivalent.
• 5+ years in start up, ideally SU Lead or PM in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• 2+ years in project milestone management and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site start-up process with activation readiness strategy.
• Coordinate critical path planning including IRB/EC strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align milestones and timelines.
• Provide SME support and mentor staff on start-up activities.
• Coordinate translations for submission documents.
• Interact with clients and present status and metrics.
