Job summary

Future Mind a Solita Company is seeking a Service Designer to work directly with clients on digital transformation projects. You will conduct discovery, map customer journeys, and design future-state services, collaborating with UX Researchers, analysts, designers and engineers to deliver tangible improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on facilitation of workshops, stakeholder alignment, and translating insights into practical recommendations for complex service ecosystems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience for a Mid-level position in Service Design, Customer Experience, UX Research, UX Design, Business Consulting or related field.
• Experience working on discovery projects and customer or user experience initiatives.
• Practical experience in preparing and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience analysing and documenting complex processes, workflows and service dependencies.
• Experience creating service blueprints, journey maps, process models and other service visualisations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients to understand, clarify and address their business, customer and user needs.
• Conducting discovery through stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, observation and workshops.
• Designing and facilitating workshops to align stakeholders on problems and opportunities.
• Creating service blueprints, journey maps and process models to visualise current-state services.
• Translating insights into actionable recommendations and future-state designs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement service design improvements.
