Job summary
Voxidea-Stafi is seeking a technically skilled marketing professional to turn goals into measurable digital experiences. You will own the technical and strategic execution of SEO, develop content briefs for writers, and guide the content team while maintaining site health and performance across analytics platforms.
The role covers SEO strategy, content planning, website and landing page development, and AI-assisted production.
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, website development, UX/UI, or a multidisciplinary marketing role.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing SEO strategies.
- Experience conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and identifying organic search opportunities.
- Experience creating detailed SEO content briefs and guiding copywriters on content structure, search intent, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience maintaining website SEO and resolving on-page and technical SEO issues.
- Ability to interpret website and marketing analytics, identify meaningful trends, and recommend or implement improvements.
- Experience designing and building websites or landing pages.
- Experience using AI tools to improve research, development, design, and marketing workflows.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take projects from planning through execution and improvement.
- Experience working with B2B, professional services, SaaS, legal, staffing, or agency businesses is preferred.
Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Research: Research keywords, search intent, competitors, and content opportunities; develop recommendations to improve visibility.
- Content Strategy & Briefs: Build SEO-focused content plans with briefs for copywriters; review content for SEO alignment.
- Website SEO Management: Maintain on-page and technical SEO, metadata, headings, internal linking, and site health.
- Analytics & Performance Optimization: Monitor SEO and campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, Semrush; identify trends and improvements.
- Website & Landing Pages: Design, build, and maintain engaging, conversion-focused pages.
- AI-Powered Production: Use AI tools to support research, design, development, and production while maintaining quality.
- Testing & Quality Checks: Review sites, pages, content, and assets for accuracy, usability, and brand consistency.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify ways to improve performance and marketing results.
