Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner company in Poland, seeks an SEO/SEM professional for a remote role to boost organic visibility while optimizing paid search. You’ll own keyword strategy, content optimization, technical SEO, analytics, and link building.

Collaborating with development, editorial, and marketing teams, you’ll embed SEO across digital experiences, conduct experiments, track ROI, and drive measurable acquisitions in a flexible remote environment.

Qualifications

Proven SEO experience and knowledge of ranking factors.
SEM experience managing PPC across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, acquisition.
Experience with analytics platforms (GA, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience with bid management tools (Marin, Kenshoo, Click Equations, Search Ignite).
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
HTML/CSS/JavaScript understanding and impact on SEO.
BS/MS in a quantitative field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage SEO and SEM activities including content strategy, keyword research, technical optimization, link building, and paid search campaigns.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across major search platforms to maximize ROI.
Analyze website analytics, paid search performance, and market trends to identify insights.
Manage campaign budgets, estimate monthly costs, monitor spending, and address discrepancies.
Optimize website copy, landing pages, content, site architecture, and internal linking for target keywords.
Conduct ongoing keyword discovery and refinement based on performance and priorities.
Research competitors and inform campaign decisions.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to boost authority.
Conduct A/B/multivariate testing to improve performance and acquisition.
Collaborate with development to ensure code follows SEO best practices.
Work with editorial and marketing to embed SEO into content creation.
Stay updated on changes to search algorithms and trends.
