Ethos is seeking Senior Software Engineers to work with a leading AI lab on training a language model for software development tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core software engineering workflows.

This fully remote, flexible role requires 5+ years at top tech firms, strong design, algorithms, and architecture skills, and excellent written communication. Compensation is $100 per hour with 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start.
