Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Security Consultant to guide our entry into the Chinese market for cloud-based solutions and software products. You will navigate regulatory, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements, ensuring compliance with local laws while aligning with global standards.

This role is fully remote and requires strong cross‑functional collaboration across business, legal, privacy, security, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and compliance roles.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity and compliance regulations for cloud services.
• Strong understanding of China's regulatory landscape, including data residency and privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Assess regulatory, cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance requirements for operating cloud services in China.
• Advise on operating models, hosting options, and cloud architecture approaches.
• Define compliance and security requirements aligning with global standards and governance.
• Identify risks and market entry challenges with mitigation strategies.
• Support stakeholder alignment across business, legal, privacy, security, and technology teams.
• Provide practical roadmap and recommendations for go‑to‑market execution in China.
• Facilitate discussions and provide recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Guide the organization through the full market entry process, including regulatory obligations.
