Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing supplier onboarding, supplier contracting, contract administration, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong contract negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple agreements.
• Experience supporting supplier audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities.
• Proven ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding processes, ensuring documentation and approvals are completed on time.
• Coordinate supplier contracting activities, including creation, review, and renewals.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents.
• Support supplier performance management, monitoring compliance and service levels.
• Conduct supplier audits and compliance reviews per internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement objectives.
