Job summary

Explore Group in Poland is seeking a Mid/Senior Penetration Tester to join a growing cybersecurity team. You will perform hands-on security testing across web apps, APIs and infrastructure, and deliver clear remediation guidance.

You should be proficient with OWASP methods, have 3+ years in penetration testing, and be comfortable writing professional reports. Remote work available from anywhere in Poland; B2B contract and long-term development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in penetration testing
• Strong hands-on experience with web application and API security testing
• Strong understanding of the OWASP Top 10 / OWASP Web Security Testing Guide
• Experience with professional penetration testing reporting
• OWASP certification or relevant penetration testing certification preferred
• Based in Poland

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on penetration testing across web applications, APIs and infrastructure
• Perform vulnerability assessments and manual security testing
• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities based on OWASP methodologies
• Produce clear, technical penetration testing reports and remediation recommendations
• Work closely with development and security teams to validate findings and support remediation
• Stay up to date with emerging vulnerabilities, attack techniques and security tooling
