Job summary

emagine is seeking a Senior ML Engineer in Poland to turn data into business impact across the value chain. You will build Proofs of Concept, take models into production and keep them running well.

Focus areas include Demand Forecasting, Predictive Customer Lifetime Value and Process Optimisation. You’ll own the ML lifecycle from problem framing to deployment, design robust data pipelines, and connect ML with ERP/PLM data sources in a scalable, cloud-ready setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ML engineering, data science, or applied ML.
• Proven experience deploying ML models at scale in production.
• Advanced Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark MLlib).
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark or Hadoop - strongly preferred.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Git, CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence.
• Nice to have: retail, supply chain, manufacturing or e-commerce background, and forecasting projects.

Responsibilities

• Connect ML systems with enterprise data sources such as PLM, ERP (AX / SAP) and o9.
• Drive MLOps best practices: CI/CD for ML, monitoring, automated retraining.
• Work with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to turn goals into ML solutions.
• Define KPIs and keep improving accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
