Job summary

Talanto is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build a TypeScript product on Next.js 15, React 19, and an AI pipeline powered by Anthropic Claude. This hands-on role sits on a small team with high ownership and a clear near-term roadmap.

You will implement the final pipeline agent, enable multi-tenant RBAC, mature the Postgres database with migrations, harden production security, and drive CI/testing. We value senior judgment, strong async communication, and mentoring a junior engineer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with TypeScript and Next.js in production.
• Experience with multi-tenant data models and OAuth/JWT.
• Strong knowledge of Postgres databases and migrations.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM prompts and cost management.
• Security-oriented with cloud IAM reviews.
• Excellent async communication and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build the final pipeline agent with schema design, LLM prompts, and review workflow.
• Own multi-tenant readiness: RBAC, membership model, invitations, self-serve workspace provisioning.
• Bring database maturity: migrations workflow, separate staging from production data.
• Lead production hardening: rate limiting, budgets for AI endpoints, IAM review, secrets hygiene.
• Set up CI pipeline and broader test coverage.
• Improve codebase structure while shipping features.
• Mentor a junior engineer and write specs.
