Job summary

Aon Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting, working with stakeholders and an offshore team.

The role supports the Austrian financial controller in producing financial and non-financial performance information for managers and the Boards of the organization. Key responsibilities include journals, reconciliations, AR analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration with FP&A, Compliance, and Consolidation teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or related field
• Experience in financial accounting & reporting including external statutory reporting and audits
• Experience in multinational shared services or similar environment preferred
• US GAAP or IFRS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries reflecting business transactions
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve accounting issues
• Analyze documents for Accounts Receivable balances and ensure cash is correctly allocated
• Support local country controller in producing financial statements
• Assist ad hoc requests and analyses beyond standard reporting
• Manage stakeholders across Finance and Austria business teams
• Coordinate with FP&A, Compliance, Consolidation and Reporting teams
• Support financial audit processes
