Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Deep Learning team. You will build, train, evaluate, and deploy state-of-the-art perception models in production, including 3D vision, video, and foundation models, with edge-device considerations.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration with platform teams, and delivering scalable ML solutions. You’ll work remotely from Poland, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to MLOps infrastructure to improve

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience building and deploying ML models for perception in production.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, training, evaluating and deploying optimized ML models.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, Python, and CUDA in real-world deployments.

Responsibilities

• Come up with solutions to complex problems in perception using deep learning.
• Articulate ideas both verbally and in written form culminating in clear design and project plan docs.
• Contribute to team roadmap and planning.
• Work with cross functional teams and deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers within the team.
