WLG is seeking an experienced software architect to transform a decade-long legacy codebase into a high-velocity, agent-operable platform. You will work on architecting an agent-centric system, modernizing with the Strangler pattern, and enforcing SOLID, DI, and hexagonal principles to reduce risk.

You will lead the agent context layer and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, exposing legacy APIs as AI-consumable tools while owning contract-first API design between human intent and autonomous

Qualificações

• 7+ years in software architecture, platform engineering or technical leadership.
• Proven experience modernizing large, undocumented legacy systems.
• Deep hands-on expertise with TypeScript, .NET, and Node.js.
• Strong background in API design, distributed systems and modular architectures.
• Practical experience with agentic development, MCP, LLM tooling or AI-assisted engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Architect agent-operable system architecture and modular legacy modernization.
• Lead agent context layer development with standardizedSkills, Rules and Commands.
• Own contract-first API design as the main interface for autonomous execution.
• Act as architectural gatekeeper for AI-generated changes and ensure TDD.
