Job summary

BPX is expanding its SAP S/4HANA programme team ahead of rollout across regions. Remote position for an experienced SAP Master Data Analyst - Material and Finance to support preparation, migration and validation of master data.

Key tasks include data analysis, mapping to S/4HANA structures, cleansing, enrichment, transformation rules, and load templates, with focus on material and Finance data. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP material master data and/or SAP Finance master data.
• Understanding of material views, organisational levels and dependencies.
• Knowledge of financial structures such as G/L accounts, cost centres and profit centres.
• Experience with SAP data migration, mapping, cleansing and validation.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Very good English, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse legacy material and Finance master data.
• Map data to the target SAP S/4HANA structures.
• Define cleansing, enrichment and harmonisation requirements together with business teams.
• Prepare and maintain mapping documents, transformation rules and load templates.
• Support material master migration across relevant organisational levels and views.
• Support Finance master data, including G/L accounts, cost centres, profit centres and internal orders.
• Execute data-quality checks, reconciliation and validation.
• Support mock-load cycles and resolve migration defects.
• Coordinate dependencies between Material, Finance, Procurement, Production and Sales data.
• Track migration status and communicate risks to the Data Lead and functional teams.
