Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a seasoned Tier 3/4 Risk & Vulnerability Management expert to lead the build and delivery readiness of a next-generation service. This role partners with Product Management, SOC, and Delivery teams to translate service concepts into standardized, scalable operations.

The ideal candidate will drive automation, define SLAs and KPIs, and serve as a technical escalation point while ensuring customer-ready service delivery across environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or risk management.
• Proven experience operating at Tier 3/4 level, handling complex escalations.
• Demonstrated track record of building and operationalizing managed security services with a strong delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and service requirements into operational designs, including processes and tooling integrations.
• Define delivery frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting models for scalable managed services.
• Lead service implementation, rollout activities, and drive ITIL-aligned operational processes.
