Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of risk management or data analytics experience, fintech preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Python or similar tools.
• Understanding of consumer lending, digital wallets, and fintech risk models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance and key risk indicators across products.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor risk metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to balance growth with risk.
