Job summary

The Search Group is seeking a Research Analyst to join our Operations team and manage due diligence projects. You will research on internet and web-based media databases and write high-quality reports in multiple languages, ensuring content quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness to The Search Group’s standards.

You will work with senior analysts, review peers, and coordinate with global offices. This role supports growth of our risk and research consultancy with an emphasis on integrity

Qualifications

• Tertiary level degree in Law, Political Science or International Business.
• Minimum 2–3 years of due diligence or related report generation experience.
• Ability to oversee and support other research analysts and monitor work.
• Leadership and management skills to oversee projects.
• Excellent research skills across all media; understanding of risk and compliance.
• Knowledge of Office products, internet searches and social media.
• This is a WFH position based on the country where it is advertised.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on internet or web-based media databases.
• Produce high quality reports involving research and analysis in different languages.
• Conduct first level quality control through peer review.
• Carry out watchlist database screening on due diligence subjects.
• Provide input on the report writing process to improve quality and efficiency.
• Engage with the Research team in other offices, obtaining updates and managing delivery expectations.
• Remain knowledgeable of regional and industry trends.
• Partner with other teams to ensure the integrity of key products.
• Demonstrate a hands‑on approach and participate in ad‑hoc projects on short notice.
