Job summary

Austin Financial Services, Inc. (AFS) is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and develop client connections, understand financial growth goals, and serve as the primary contact for clients.

You will build strong relationships, assess client portfolios, present proposals, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive revenue while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business development and client management.
• Understanding of financial industry trends and market dynamics.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences to provide sound advice.
• Understand the clients financial goals and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Monitor client portfolios, prepare and present proposals to strengthen accounts.
• Develop customized solutions to address client concerns and enhance client satisfaction.
• Identify development efforts to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target and maximize profitability.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to evaluate client portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards.
• Other duties as assigned from SVP, CEO or CRO.
