Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Analytics, or related area.
• Experience in rebates, settlements, or similar financial processes is an advantage.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage priorities and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review rebate contract terms and apply them accurately in day-to-day activities.
• Reconcile data from rebate-related systems and applications.
• Prepare monthly rebate reports, market analysis, and periodic customer rebate reviews.
• Calculate, verify, and process rebate settlements and payments.
• Create credit notes and monitor settlement timeliness.
• Support the resolution of customer inquiries and disputes with Commercial teams.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on rebate-related matters.
• Participate in local and regional process improvement initiatives.
• Provide audit-ready information to auditors and stakeholders.
• Support compliance with internal controls and financial processes.
