Job summary

EY GDS Poland invites ambitious students and early-career professionals to join the NextGen Talent Internship as a Junior Business Intelligence Consultant in Katowice. The program blends hands-on work with analytics platforms, cloud tech and reporting solutions, with mentorship and project exposure to transform data into actionable business insights.

You will collaborate with experienced professionals on global projects, building skills in Power BI, SQL, Python and ETL/ELT processes while

Qualifications

Basic experience in Power BI.
Knowledge of T-SQL and/or Python.
Understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
Understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling principles.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence and reporting tools.
Knowledge of Data Marts and Data Warehouses.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Interest in and willingness to develop AI and GenAI skills, including the use of modern digital tools to enhance productivity, problem‑solving and business outcomes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an open mindset and willingness to work effectively in diverse, cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities
