Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Product Manager for the Integration Platform team to own the roadmap for the integration backbone, including eventing, orchestration, and service-to-service communication on Relativity’s cloud platform.

You will work with engineering, architecture, and senior product peers to translate customer needs into measurable outcomes, guiding delivery from discovery through scale using data and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management at a technology company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Data-informed: you use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and goals for your product area within the Integration Platform, contributing to the product strategy shaped with your product leader.
• Build user, market, and competitive knowledge and use it to inform the product direction.
• Communicate the roadmap and its value to stakeholders and leadership, with evidence.
• Define leading indicators of product health and project success for your area; adjust tactics based on metrics.
• Run structured discovery with internal teams and external developers building on the platform; surface issues and validate hypotheses.
• Engage in exploratory technical design with engineering and architecture to validate proposals.
• Make scoping and prioritization recommendations; surface trade-offs and document reasoning.
