Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Product Manager to join the Integration Platform team, owning the platform’s backbone that connects systems and services across Relativity’s cloud platform. You will drive the roadmap for integration, eventing, and service-to-service communication, working with engineering, architecture, and product peers to deliver scalable, reliable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management at a technology company, with ownership of a product or area through at least one lifecycle stage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including AI-powered SDLC environments.
• Working knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Data-informed: use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, and track success.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills with strong business and technical acumen.
• Active user of AI tools to prototype, synthesize research, draft specs, and move faster.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and goals for your product area within the Integration Platform, contributing to the strategy.
• Build knowledge about users, markets, and competition; inform direction with data.
• Communicate roadmap value to stakeholders and leadership with qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Define leading indicators of product health and success; adjust tactics based on metrics.
• Run structured discovery with internal teams and external developers to surface issues and validate ideas.
• Contribute research and analysis to build/buy/partner decisions for your area.
• Engage in exploratory technical design with engineering and architecture to validate hypotheses.
• Make scoping and prioritization recommendations; surface trade-offs and document reasoning.
• Facilitate high-priority defect triage and maintain reliability standards.
• Regularly communicate roadmap value to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with design, development, and product marketing on go-to-market activities.
• Use AI tools as a force multiplier and share learnings with the team.
• Build consensus and influence others, clearing blockers.
• Provide high-quality feedback and seek the same for yourself.
