Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production work with a portfolio that shows your process and impact.
• Familiarity with data-dense, workflow-heavy interfaces.
• Experience designing AI-powered features is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible internal tools for Hippo teams.
• Partner with PMs and Engineers from discovery onward.
• Run user interviews and feedback loops.
