Job summary

Outro Health USA Inc. is seeking PMHNP-certified clinicians to provide individualized tapering care remotely, guiding patients toward med-free life using hyperbolic tapering.

You will work with a small team led by field leaders and expert deprescribers in the US, focusing on thoughtful, relationship-driven care rather than high-volume prescribing. This is a 1099 contract role with potential for full-time opportunities as you grow your panel within Outro Health.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP certification with licensure in one or more states (California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Virginia).
• 2 years+ post-certification clinical experience.
• Tech savvy and confident in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized tapering plans grounded in hyperbolic tapering methodology.
• Manage ongoing patient care, including medication adjustments, symptom monitoring, and withdrawal support.
• Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure continuity across the patient journey.
