Illuminated Direction LLC is seeking an experienced licensed mental health clinician to provide outpatient therapy to adults and youth. The role requires Maryland-licensed clinicians (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LPC) and involves comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and both individual and group therapy.

Formación

• Master's degree in counseling or related discipline required.
• Licensed by Maryland: LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LPC.
• 3+ years of therapy and assessment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments for adults and youth with mental health challenges.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical knowledge.
• Provide individual and group therapy to promote mental health and well-being.
• Submit treatment authorizations to Maryland state vendor.
• Refer clients to appropriate community resources and agencies.
• Provide crisis intervention and after-hours support as needed.
• Prepare documentation to implement assessments and treatment plans.
• Attend team meetings, QA audits, and clinical reviews.
