Job summary

Xcede is seeking certified Pega Senior System Architects (SSA) or Lead System Architects (LSA) to join large, international projects. This 100% remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in Poland on globally scoped initiatives with long-term contracts.

Required CSSA/CLSA certification, strong Pega SSA/LSA experience, and excellent English. Projects start September or January, offering competitive rates for certified specialists.

Qualifications

• Active CSSA or CLSA certification is required.
• Proven experience as Pega SSA or LSA in an implementation environment.
• Strong command of English.
• Willingness to work remotely from Poland.
• Availability from September or January (flexibility a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions on the Pega platform as an SSA or LSA.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and technology partners.
• Participate across the full project lifecycle—from requirements analysis through production deployment.
• Ensure alignment with Pega architecture best practices.
