Job summary

BMW Group in Warsaw is seeking a Parts Sales and Logistics Intern to support SAP order monitoring, debit/credit notes processing, and logistics claims. You will help organize returns and monitor invoices, contributing to a smooth parts supply chain in a dynamic international team.

The role offers a 15-month paid internship with the possibility to work remotely and exposure to supply chain management within a premium automotive company.

Qualifications

• Active student status, preferably in Logistics
• Strong customer orientation
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in Polish and have good knowledge of English (at least B2)
• Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
• Proactive attitude and business-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of sales and purchase orders in SAP.
• Debit and Credit notes processing.
• Organizing and monitoring of logistics claim process.
• Organizing and monitoring of parts returns process.
• Monitoring of invoices process.
