Job summary

BMW Group Poland in Warsaw is offering a 15-month Parts Sales and Logistics Intern position. You will support SAP order monitoring, debit/credit notes processing, logistics claims and returns, and invoice handling within a global dealer network, contributing to an efficient parts delivery process.

We value proactive, customer‑oriented teamwork, fluent Polish and good English, strong analytical skills and accountability.

Qualifications

• Active student status, preferably in Logistics.
• Fluent in Polish and have good knowledge of English (at least B2).
• Strong customer orientation.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales and purchase orders in SAP.
• Process debit and credit notes.
• Organise and monitor logistics claim process.
• Organise and monitor parts returns process.
• Monitor invoices process.
