Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a legal or corporate paralegal role.
• SaaS experience is a must-have.
• Solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Provide day-to-day legal assistance and report to Legal Counsel.
