Job summary

Calan seeks an Operations and Maintenance Manager to lead O&M across our cloud-based platform, ensuring reliability and security. Responsibilities include adding base stations, addressing platform failures, and implementing upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering (CS/Electronics) or related field.
2 years of IT or after-sales experience.
Experience with Linux O&M environments.
Familiar with AWS security products (Security Hub, WAF, GuardDuty).
Experience in monitoring, incident response and change management.

Responsibilities

Add new base stations through the web interface and bring them online for networking.
Handle platform failure issues reported by monitoring engineers and ensure service availability.
Adjust system monitoring parameters as needed.
Implement changes and upgrades to the software platform.
Perform maintenance on AWS resources (expansion, shutdown, deletion).
Troubleshoot basic AWS issues following SOPs (EC2 downtime, migrations).
Monitor security policies and indicators (whitelisting, attacks, access).
Tune security product rules and access controls (firewalls, WAF).
