Job summary

Parexel FSP in Poland is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our home-based team serving a single client across oncology studies. You will manage site activities and ensure study quality from initiation through close-out.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in site management, with knowledge of clinical trial methodology and terminology.
Minimum 1 year experience in independent site monitoring of all types of visits.
Science education is a must.
Willing to work on oncology trials.
Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Dedicated to a single client with site management and supervisory activities for assigned oncology studies.
Mentor junior CRAs and collaborate with industry leaders.
Work with world-class technology and travel as needed.
Contribute to drug development processes and ensure study quality and compliance.
