Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking a Support Engineer to elevate our world-class service for a US-based client. You will troubleshoot and fix modern, scalable web applications built with Node.js and TypeScript, using SQL/NoSQL databases and AWS.

You’ll work primarily in the 14–22 CET time window. This is a long-term B2B role with fully remote (or hybrid/onsite if you prefer) options, competitive PLN salary (10,000–16,000 PLN/month), learning budgets, health/sport benefits, and regular knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Node.js.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in a JS framework (Express.js preferred).
• Knowledge of Docker and GitHub Actions; AWS S3 usage.
• English C1; Polish C1; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the client to gather issue reports and troubleshoot during 14-22 CET/CEST.
• Review error tracking tools, infrastructure, and 3rd-party connections; debug as needed.
• Prioritize requests/bugs and resolve client issues.
• Write readable, maintainable JS code.
• Involve in product design and basic DB structure changes.
• Write documentation for delivered code and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions with the team.
• Stay updated with trends and share knowledge.
• Improve and reuse the knowledge base.
