Job summary

Outsourcey is hiring a Paid Media Coordinator to join our remote team. You will support a group of strategists, perform optimization tasks, and help manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display networks on a night shift.

We offer full-time direct employment, paid for 5 days while working 4 days, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, global marketing environment with additional client perks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in paid media or digital marketing.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA, GTM.
• Strong data analysis and insight generation.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications in Google Ads/Analytics/Facebook a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for a team of strategists with updates and optimization tasks.
• Assist in search query reports, keyword updates, creative swaps, and preview link generation.
• Make account-wide changes for repeatable tasks across the portfolio.
• Manage geo-fencing campaigns including launches and updates.
• Perform concessions and image updates across Paid Search, Pmax, Display, and Paid Social.
• Handle tracking setup in GTM/GA and troubleshoot issues.
• QA checks on new campaigns across channels.
• Assist in agency-wide audits and platform changes.
• Stay updated with trends in multifamily and digital marketing.
• Contribute to meetings with a solutions-oriented mindset.
