Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project focused on manufacturing system integration for a global Life Sciences organization. Remote work with international stakeholders, focusing on requirements management and process design in regulated environments.

You will bridge business and technology teams across MES/LIMS/ERP/PLM/ELN systems, drive workshops, and support enterprise integration efforts across global operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Architect, or Consultant in Life Sciences or a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing systems (MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN) and system integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for drug substances/products and enterprise integration concepts.
• Fluency in English (C1) and ability to collaborate with global teams during overlapping EU/US hours.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design end-to-end business processes.
• Support integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms, aligning with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions while maintaining a productive, outcome-focused approach.
• Contribute to process mapping, data interoperability analysis, reporting requirements, and solution validation activities.
