Job summary

Ciklum is actively seeking a Manual QA Engineer Grade 1 to join our Poland-based team on a full-time basis. You will be part of a cross-functional development team, conducting manual testing across web, API, and mobile platforms, and contributing to quality across the software lifecycle.

We value a proactive learner who can collaborate with engineers, analysts and architects, own test cases, and help shape automation strategies while working in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years' practical experience in system testing & acceptance.
• Experience of agile delivery methodology, including SCRUM software development processes.
• Perform manual functional testing across both web applications/API and mobile applications (OS/Android).
• Access and query databases using SSMS (SQL Server Mgmt Studio) and navigate servers using RDP.
• Monitor and access logging records via AWS Hosted components such as Cloudwatch & Kibana.
• Forge close links with architects, developers, analysts and wider team members to build a quality assurance community.
• Drive the automation strategy by identifying test conditions during refinement sessions and collaborating with developers to automate scenarios.
