Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B sales or business development in life sciences.
• Proven success in closing complex, consultative deals.
• Experience owning full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong proposal writing and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute business development strategy across pharma, biotech, med device, and healthcare.
• Develop a high-quality pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, pricing, and internal SME coordination.
• Manage pre-sales docs (NDAs, CDAs, MSAs) and contract negotiations.
