Job summary

TripleTen, a fully remote EdTech company, seeks a Learning Experience Designer to create skill-based learning programs from the ground up. You will translate SME knowledge into clear competencies, outcomes, and engaging practice tasks, while writing content at multiple levels of detail.

You will work closely with PMs, SMEs, curriculum developers, instructors, and designers, applying scaffolding principles and data-driven insights to improve learning experiences across US and Latin American

Qualifications

• Proven track record building complex skill-based learning programs from scratch.
• Excellent English writing skills for clear, engaging learning materials.
• Experience with curriculum mapping and competency-based education.
• Ability to interview SMEs and collaborate with product and content teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build skill-based learning programs with SMEs from ground up.
• Write learning content: competencies, curriculum outlines, modules, lessons, tasks, and assessments.
• Design learning experiences using scaffolding to promote learner independence.
• Influence curriculum and product decisions based on CustDev and learning data.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, SMEs, Curriculum Developers, Instructors, and Designers.
• Contribute to evolving learning design standards and best practices across curricula.
