Job summary

Premier Research Group is seeking a Lead Data Manager to join our FSApply team, remote from Poland. You will lead end-to-end data management activities, including database design, CRF tooling, data cleaning, and documentation, while coordinating study team reviews and ensuring data quality per plan.

You will mentor Data Managers and interact with sponsors to provide updates, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or international equivalent in a technical, clinical, or health-related field.
• 3–5 years leading database management activities with clinical data systems.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data management activities, including DB design, CRF/Non-CRF collection tools, data cleaning and documentation.
• Prepare data management plans, validation plans, and data management reports.
• Coordinate review of CRFs with study team and ensure data follows protocol and DMP.
• Manage data validation plan, UAT of CRFs and edit checks per project timelines.
• Track CRFs through Data Management and liaise with sponsor for updates.
• Mentor Data Managers and support TMF accuracy throughout trials.
