Job summary

Telekom in Warsaw seeks an IT Security Consultant (m/f/d) to strengthen customers’ cybersecurity posture across IT and OT environments. You will advise on network, cloud and IAM topics, perform risk analyses and coordinate vulnerability management and testing activities.

Fluency in German and English (C1) is required. A degree in CS/IT or related experience is expected, with hands-on work in ISO 27001, NIST, CIS controls and IT-Grundschutz.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in technical security consulting, security engineering, assessments and risk analysis.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on technical cybersecurity topics across IT/OT environments.
• Conduct security assessments, audits and vulnerability analyses, coordinate testing activities.
• Design and implement security concepts, controls and safeguards.
• Support regulatory compliance programs (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate threats into actionable security measures.
