Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert contractor to contribute to a client project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You will evaluate real-world equity research content and help train AI systems, with no prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities include reviewing datasets, analyzing earnings revisions, evaluating financial models, and developing investment theses.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep sector expertise in banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research experience.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.
