Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking an International Sales Engineer to join our remote Poland team, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Business Development to tailor solutions and support pre- and post-sales activities, including demonstrations and field visits.

This role requires a technical background in RF, networking, and C/C++, travel up to 50%, and fluency in English with Polish. Based in Poland, remote work is supported as you engage global customers and help drive product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2 years pre- and post-sales experience.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• English reading and writing basics required.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Willingness to travel to potential conflict areas in support of radios.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including training and system optimization.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and training.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings and demonstrations.
• Support design engineers in reproducing and troubleshooting problems.
