Job summary

CoverGo Limited is seeking a Digital Insurance Project Manager to oversee project delivery for our Insurtech platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive projects from proposal through Go-Live.

You will work fully remotely from Poland, bringing 5+ years PM experience in insurance and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (plus)
• At least 5 years PM experience
• At least 3 years in insurance and insurance domain knowledge
• Strong client-facing experience
• Experience delivering projects through full life cycle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Must be based in Poland

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs
• Participate in proposal and PoC processes (design, submission, review)
• Support creation of contracts and related client communications
• Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients
• Manage project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee project documentation and risk management
• Host regular project reviews and report status with key metrics
