Job summary

CoverGo Limited is seeking a Digital Insurance Project Manager to oversee implementation of new and existing projects across our insurtech operations. You will lead transformative initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive successful outcomes in a fully remote, international setting.

The role requires 5+ years as a Project Manager, 3+ years in insurance, and strong domain knowledge. You will collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a must.
• Strong client facing experience is a must.
• Technical skills are a plus.
• Has experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on scope, budget, and timeline.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with internal team and client staff.
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs.
• Participate in proposal and PoC processes (design, submission, review).
• Support creation of contracts and related client communications.
• Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients.
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Host regular/weekly project reviews and create reports with key metrics.
• Oversee all project documentation.
• Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, dependencies.
• Continuously optimize processes and approach.
