Allstate Insurance Agency - Trey Garcia is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency backed by a national brand. You will engage new prospects, build relationships in the community, and use insurance knowledge and sales skills to highlight value and cultivate lasting client partnerships.

The role emphasizes a base plus commission plan with uncapped earnings, leads provided, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have Property & Casualty and/or Life and Health license to sell insurance upon hire.
• Strong interest in a sales career and ability to meet sales goals.
• Confident, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
