Job summary

Innovation Roundtable in Poland is seeking an Inbound & Growth Marketing Specialist to grow qualified reach and leads for conferences and the membership network. You will build a repeatable inbound engine across content, email, SEO, and distribution, and run structured marketing experiments.

You will work remotely with international colleagues, hands-on across content, emails, landing pages, and tracking, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Programme, Social & Video to continuously improve

Qualifications

• Proven track record running inbound or growth marketing campaigns with measurable lead-generation.
• Strong copywriting in English for senior professional audiences.
• Solid understanding of content strategy, SEO, email marketing, and conversions.
• Experience with analytics, tracking tools, and diagnosing funnel issues.
• Hands-on with CMS and marketing automation (HubSpot) and quick to learn new systems.
• Regular experience using AI tools for content, testing, or reporting.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns independently with limited oversight.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in membership-based, B2B events or corporate innovation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve inbound and growth marketing across content, email, website, SEO, and social distribution.
• Repurpose event content into useful content packages.
• Coordinate organic amplification with host and member teams and speakers.
• Write and test conversion-focused messaging for events and audiences.
• Build and optimize landing pages and registration funnels; run tests.
• Set up reliable tracking for traffic and funnel conversions.
• Improve organic visibility across traditional SEO and AI-driven search.
• Plan and optimize email campaigns and event nurture journeys.
• Use AI tools to speed up content creation and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Programme to target high-quality guests and opportunities.
• Maintain editorial and experimentation calendar.
• Identify and propose new marketing approaches worth testing.
