Job summary

Partner company in Poland seeks a Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creator to craft visual content across digital, social, advertising and print channels. You will produce short-form videos, social posts, animated ads, GIFs, and production-ready artwork for large-format prints and vehicle wraps.

You will ensure brand consistency across formats in a fast-paced, remote setting. The role demands strong typography, color management, print knowledge, and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design or related creative field.
• Strong portfolio with short-form video loops and social carousels.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience creating social-first content, motion graphics, and print-ready artwork.
• Knowledge of CMYK vs RGB, rich black, bleeds and print specs.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-converting short-form video content for social platforms.
• Develop vibrant social media assets (static posts, carousels, motion graphics).
• Design vector dielines and production-ready art for large-format applications.
• Prepare files for print collateral and coordinate production handoffs.
• Produce HTML5 banner sets and GIFs for online campaigns.
• Adapt concepts across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Follow brand guidelines for typography, color, imagery, and tone.
• Manage multiple requests across digital, social, motion, and print.
• Ensure designs are technically compliant and production-ready.
• Collaborate remotely with marketing to deliver on schedule.
• Maintain high creative quality while working autonomously.
