Job summary

ABB is seeking a Finance professional to support global M&A due diligence on the buy- and sell-side, working remotely with cross-border teams. You will analyze historic and adjusted financials, assist with pro forma statements, and contribute to accounting and reporting for acquisitions and divestitures.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of due diligence experience, knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, strong communication and project management skills, and are comfortable with tight deadlines in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Finance or Accounting
• 2–4 years of Financial Due Diligence experience
• US GAAP or IFRS knowledge
• Strong communication, project management and analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure in a multinational environment
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Support ABB’s worldwide buy- and sell-side financial due diligence activities
• Prepare, advise and execute solutions for beneficial positions
• Assist in closing accounts reviews related to purchase price finalization
• Support ABB US GAAP Acquisition and Divestment accounting and reporting
• Prepare pro forma financials to show impact of acquisitions
• Perform acquisition and divestment controls within ABB’s internal control framework
